Something interesting about myself? That's a tough one. The one thing on my bucket list is to publish a book in my life. I've been too busy raising my five kids, but I plan to start writing again once my three year old twins are in school. I want to publish before I turn 50 which is more than a decade away, but life sometimes gets in the way of our dreams so I'm giving myself a big window.
Wow. Three year-old twins. You must be busy! This is a very realistic goal, though, Shannon. I only started writing about four-years before I accepted a contract. I never thought it would happen, but there it is. I'm sure you can do it, too. And I'd be interested to read it :-)
Awesome. I always wanted to take ballet. I put my daughter in it last fall but she's since quit. Oh well. I guess I won't be vicariously living through her... Did you take ballet for a long period of time?
I love that name. Mind if you use it in a book sometime? Plus, the fact that it means little red riding hood would be awesome for a were book. Thanks for sharing!
I guess something interesting about myself is that one of my goals in life is to be able to speak seven languages fluently, like my great-grandma can...
She's actually a Holocaust survivor and goes to visit senior centers to help with people who don't speak English very well because they're from Germany, Hungary, etc. She's incredible :)
